Can I Have MORE Special Sauce?

September 16, 2020
What makes for a great team?  While there is no guaranteed recipe for success, I believe that a combination of a strong desire to help and serve others, good communication skills and the right culture contributes to a fun and productive environment. At the end of the day, it comes down to having people who understand each other, work well together and live our Core Values.

That is what makes Impel Wealth's "special sauce".  We value our employees as family and respect that sometimes people have to move on to the next phase of life.  When that happens, we are sad, but we wish them and their family the best, trusting that we will maintain the friendships that we made.

At Impel, we also look at the addition of each new team member as an opportunity to elevate the team and service to our clients to another level. To that end, you are going to notice new voices and faces when you call or come to the office to visit.  I would like to introduce you to:

  • Wendy Francis, Director of First Impressions and Marketing Coordinator.  Wendy joined the firm on June 1st and has become a valuable team member in short order.  Wendy comes to us from Kent State University, where she worked as the Academic Records Coordinator for the University Registrar's Office.  Wendy worked for Kent State for 8 years.
  • Megan Coulter (pronounced MEE-Ghan), Client Services Coordinator.  Megan joined Impel on July 20th and has jumped in to support Karen to handle all new account paperwork.  Megan joins us from a small wealth management firm in Lewisburg, Pa.
  • Jacki Mudrich, Digital Records Coordinator.  Jacki joined Impel on August 18 and is working part-time to manage the digital records process and support the rest of the team.  Jacki recently relocated back to Ohio from Michigan where she was a Parish Secretary at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.

If you would like to get to know each of them a little better, their individual bios are attached below. We hope you will join us in welcoming Wendy, Megan and Jacki to the Impel Family, and get to know them in the years to come as they "help us help you" keep Moving Life Forward.
Hello, my name is Wendy Francis
I am truly honored to be serving in the role as Director of First Impressions and Marketing Coordinator for Impel Wealth Management.  I come to Impel Wealth with over 20 years of industry experience serving customers in retail, manufacturing, gas and oil, and higher education.  But, I've always had a fascination with investing and the stock market, so I am very excited to be here to learn all I can about the "financial world" so I will know how to better serve our clients every day with excellence.
Hello, my name is Megan Coulter
I am one of the new Client Service Specialist's here at Impel Wealth Management. After working for a wealth management firm in Central PA for a few years, I deeply desired to move back to OH to be closer to my family and to be an active aunt with my nieces and nephews. I'm extremely excited to be back and I have loved getting reacquainted with the Cuyahoga Falls area. I genuinely feel fortunate to be part of the team here at Impel, and I look forward to getting to know our client family more!
Hello, my name is Jacki Mudrich
I am the new Administrative Coordinator here at Impel Wealth Management.  First of all, I am SO excited to be here.  I just instantly connected with Jesse and the rest of the team and can't wait to get to assist and know all of our clients.  I have over 25+ years working as a Client Service Specialist and Administrative Assistant in various industries ranging from being a church secretary, working as an administrative assistant to a CPA, being a Customer Service Team Lead and others.  My spouse and I have moved between Michigan and Texas for the past 30 years and finally landed back in Ohio where we both grew up and our families still reside.  I look forward to meeting you all and providing outstanding service to you.
