We were honored to welcome Horizon Financial Group’s CEO Pete Bush, along with Adam Figura, Colby Cypriano, and Kate Mills (from Cetera), who traveled all the way from Baton Rouge, Dallas and Cincinnati to our office to spend time with our team. Together, we explored best practices for business growth, operational efficiencies, and effective client meeting preparation.
Pete Bush added tremendous value by sharing his Horizon Teamwork Model—a powerful framework designed to help us maximize success. Pete presented his fiery Four-Square Model with him from Baton Rouge—because apparently, when you’re from Louisiana, even your presentations come with a little extra spice. 🌶️
We also discussed the wave of new technology and next-gen software and tools that will make our practice more efficient and elevate the client experience. The future of financial planning technology is advancing at lightning speed, and our goal is to remain on the cutting edge.
Our collaboration was energizing, and the exchange of ideas will directly help Impel Wealth Management continue enhancing the service we provide to our clients. As part of our semi-annual team retreats, we were fortunate to have the Horizon team share their expertise with us. We truly appreciate the time, insights, and inspiration they brought—and we are already looking forward to the next time we gather!
